  • provide psychologist-led coaching and psychoeducational services

    • Contact and inquiry data: retained fro up to 12 months

    • Client-related data for coaching services: retained for up to 5 years after the end of services

    • Financial and invoicing data: retained for 7 years, in accordance with Dutch tax law

  • Data is not retained longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law

6. Data sharing

Your data is never sold.
It may be shared with trusted third parties only when necessary for service delivery, such as:

  • Website hosting provider

  • Email service provider

  • Booking or scheduling tools

  • Payment service providers

All third parties process data on behalf of Aletheia Psychology under appropriate data processing agreement (DPAs) and GDPR safeguards.

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of data, where legally possible

  • withdraw consent at any time

  • Object to or restrict the processing of your data

  • Request data protability

  • lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)

  • Requests regarding your right can be submitted via email and will be handled within a reasonable timeframe
