Why people work with me
My work can best be described as psychological coaching. Drawing on my knowledge of psychological theory and evidence-based models, I help clients work with their patterns, emotions, relationships and inner processes in a structured way. Our focus is on gaining insight, inspiring growth, and implementing changes that feel aligned with your value-system.
This work does not diagnose or treat diagnosed mental health conditions. It is an opportunity to gain knowledge and implement changes that would improve your present-day functioning and quality of life.
